Heidi Hinkel, Certified Presenter
Heidi Hinkel believes communicating with kindness has the power to change everything, from a boardroom to a living room. Using Kathleen Edelman's I Said This, You Heard That framework, she helps audiences understand not just WHY they say what they say, but how those words are heard by others.
Her fascination with human behavior started long before her work with the four temperaments. As a professional stage and voiceover actor, and later a professor of Theater, she spent years studying how people communicate through tone, timing, and presence. This background makes her engagements feel less like a lecture and more like a conversation.
Heidi feels equally at home in a corporate boardroom, a ministry gathering, a school assembly, or a multi-day conference. Whether the room holds ten people or ten thousand, her goal is the same: equip people with better tools for connection. Heidi’s motivation for doing this work is her conviction that every single spoken word of kindness creates a ripple effect farther and wider than we might possibly imagine… a message that tends to stick with a room long after she leaves it.
Heidi lives near Atlanta with her husband and three little boys, and travels anywhere the message is needed.
